Mr. Thomas is a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law. Mr. Thomas’s has been providing full range of legal and professional services in various disciplines of Law since 1997 for clients across India, as well as internationally. He holds Master’s Degree in Literature and a Bachlors Degree in Law from Dr. Dhanapal Law College, Salem. He started his practise in the year 2004. He has been practising and handling cases with result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has gained considerable professional experience which includes litigation relating to banking recovery, Infrastructures contracts , enforcement of commercial contracts, recovery of money, shareholders’ disputes, other commercial and corporate matters, media and entertainment, insolvency, probate, public and administrative, property, securities, trusts and debt recovery, Taxes, Arbitration, Company matters. We also advise on settlement negotiation and alternative forms of dispute resolution.

She holds Bachelor in Law and Masters in Contracts including Mercantile Law. She has gained considerable legal experience over 15 years in rendering legal consultancy and advisory services, as litigation/trial and in house lawyer. Mrs. Cini has meticulously scrutinised the property documents and conducted several property legal due diligence and gained experience in drafting, vetting several documents and contracts involved in matters dealing with all forms of property transactions. She provides legal assistance and support in both litigation as well as transactional and counselling. She also has experience in drafting commercial and non-commercial agreements and pleadings such as Plaints, Written Statements, Writ petitions and other legal documents.
